During Phase III, the project is in full process in accordance with a “roadmap” vetted and approved client’s senior leadership and stakeholders with a defined timeline, deliverable list, and implementation plan.

  • Project management

  • Scope of work
  • Joint operating teams
  • Weekly status report
  • Monthly onsite meeting with executive leadership PM and managing partner
  • Project Manager (PM)
  • Quarterly post-project review
  • Access to the SHC library of current healthcare policy resources
